A MAN jailed for disability benefit fraud after being photographed playing golf is suing the NHS for £500,000.
Leigh Neilly, 43, claims doctors wrongly told him he had motor neurone disease when he actually had a less serious condition.

Leigh claims he found he had Hirayama disease – another non life-threatening neurological condition.
Motherwell-born Leigh was jailed in 2012 for failing to tell the Department for Work and Pensions his health had improved.
